Enhancements Include Support for ASP.NET Technology

Extending the reach of business communications worldwide, SOLsearcher Enterprise provides a powerful tool for securely sharing and distributing essential content with individuals via a Web browser. Typically implemented in hours, not months, SOLsearcher Enterprise enables users to quickly search, retrieve and view collections of electronic documents that are identical to the original printed version, including text formatting, color characteristics, messages, special offers, forms and graphics, thereby improving customer service and reducing call center costs.
Version 2.18 of SOLsearcher Enterprise introduces a redesigned User Interface based upon the popular Microsoft Windows ASP.NET technology, providing increased integration flexibility when working with existing Web applications. “Enabling Microsoft’s powerful ASP.NET technology within SOLsearcher Enterprise v2.18 allows organizations to easily customize the system so that it is compliant with corporate workflows and branding requirements,” explains Mary Ann Rowan, Solimar Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Because the ASP.NET technology has a zero footprint and is system independent, it allows our customers to more easily integrate SOLsearcher Enterprise with existing Web content so design layouts, fonts, colors, and appearances are seamlessly consistent.”
In addition, SOLsearcher Enterprise v2.18 also includes an enhanced Document Assembler capability which enables users to select and consolidate multiple documents into one single document. Consolidated documents from the Document Assembler can be viewed, saved or printed in a single straightforward step. “Reducing operational steps for end users allows our customers, and in turn their customers, to become more productive,” says Rowan.
