In addition to replacing their offset content to digital, personalized patient booklets for in-house printing, Mayo Clinic also consolidates and households documents. This reduces the number of individual mail pieces but also summarizes statements and invoices into a single document. These documents are easier for their patients to understand.
For their global customers, such as embassies, Mayo Clinic streamlined the process of getting patient information, statements and invoices into consolidated documents and with bulk shipments. Electronic versions accompany all print.
