If you are looking at evolving your current print and electronic delivery environment, you probably already recognize that there is a challenge when looking for information. Don’t get us wrong, bringing vendors to your facility is a great way to drive understanding of your environments particular needs and why they are unique. It also gives the vendor a chance to really connect with you and your team. On the other hand, it is always nice to qualify the companies you want to bring in. This is one of the reasons Solimar Systems still values and attends industry trade shows. It isn’t like a baseball card or a piece of kitchen equipment. It is more strategic.

For the widest look at hardware and software, PRINT 18 is truly a one-stop-shop. You will find many of the big vendors there on the hardware side, including partners of Solimar Systems. You may even see us co-presenting in their booths. This is the power of being able to assess and understand what is on the market and available to you while staying under one roof.
This doesn’t mean you will make your buy decision there, but it does mean you will be able to create a strong short list of vendors that you would like to take on a more in-depth journey around your print and digital delivery environment evolution. Many times we find our clients are already planning on attending user conferences and trade shows, which makes for a more cost-effective way of sorting out future solutions than traveling one-off and is more engaging than just an online meeting.
