From September 23–25, 2026, PRINTING United Expo brought together the people, ideas, and technology shaping our industry at the Las Vegas Convention Center. We were delighted to spend three energizing days co-located with our valued reseller partner, RISO, in booth N6121. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped create such a vibrant atmosphere.

Every make, every model

While we shared a booth with RISO, our conversations extended across the entire production floor. It was wonderful to connect with customers using printers of all makes and models. This diversity is a great reminder of why workflow software matters. Our Chemistry platform prepares, optimizes, and routes jobs so every device in your shop performs at its best, no matter the brand.

Raising a glass on Wednesday

On Wednesday, we were pleased to host a welcome reception with drinks, snacks, and wonderful networking. It was a relaxed opportunity for customers, partners, and colleagues to reconnect, share insights, and meet new friends. Many of the week’s most valuable conversations began at this gathering.

Presentations in the booth

Our booth presentations attracted a steady crowd throughout the show. RISO showcased its impressive VALEZUS production inkjet line and introduced the new RISO MICRXpress, which brings together full-color cutsheet inkjet and MICR printing. This innovation lets you print checks and other MICR documents in color on plain perforated paper, only using MICR where needed. We are excited that the MICRXpress will be available in North America starting October 1, 2026.

During our presentations, we focused on two ways to help every printer become more productive: PDF optimization and workflow automation. Our ReadyPDF solution optimizes files for faster, more reliable processing for production print, e-delivery, and archiving. By combining ReadyPDF with no-code, templatized setups on the Chemistry platform, we make it easier for operations teams to onboard new jobs quickly and repeat successful workflows—no scripting required.

We were proud to feature our professional services partner, Hansen360, in our sessions. As an authorized Solimar Professional Services Provider, their talented team transforms templates into real-world solutions on our customers’ production floors. An honorable mention we’re proud of

We were honored to celebrate a special milestone this week. Solimar Systems, together with Compu-Mail, LLC and Hansen360, received the Solution of the Year, Honorable Mention, in the 2026 CXMPA Industry Awards, presented by the cXm Professionals Association. We are grateful for this recognition and for the teamwork that made it possible.

Our recognized project, “Going 6×9: The Intelligent & AI Way,” demonstrated how intelligent automation and AI can deliver significant postal savings. Compu-Mail, LLC combined AI-assisted document inspection with Solimar Rubika post-composition technology to migrate from preprinted #10 envelopes to white, large-window 6 x 9.5 envelopes. This allowed us to manage more than 40 applications through one repeatable, scalable process, with no need for application redesign or code changes.
