SPEAKING SESSIONS:

AI Is Everywhere. In CCM and Enterprise Print, It Starts with Intelligent Workflow Automation

Voice of the Customer: Five practitioners share what software works well in their print and mail facilities

Artificial intelligence is showing up everywhere, and separating real business value from industry hype has become increasingly difficult. For organizations responsible for customer communications, enterprise print, and mail operations, the question is no longer whether AI is interesting. It is where intelligence can be applied today without compromising accuracy, governance, or compliance.

This session answers that question in a useful way: by asking the people who run these operations. Four practitioners join integration specialist Hansen Longfellow of Hansen360 to describe what is actually running in their production environments right now — what they automated first, what it cost them to get there, what broke, and what they would sequence differently. No slideware, no roadmaps, no vendor futures.

The through-line is Intelligent Automation: using data, software, and automated workflows to remove manual touchpoints from the preparation and delivery of formatted output. Intelligent Automation applies flexibility and adaptive logic to variable inputs, isolates marginal content before it disrupts a device, and closes the loop with verification and feedback. That last part is why it dominates production environments today. A workflow processing millions of pages a month has to be right every time, repeat exactly, and scale without supervision. Generative models are very good at producing a promising input for further decision-making; they are not yet where you put decisions that must be provably correct. Panelists will describe where that line sits in their own shops, and where emerging AI capabilities are beginning to earn a place on the other side of it.

The session concludes with extended audience Q&A, so attendees can put their own situations in front of people who have already worked through them.
