STAR Program
Customers with valid maintenance agreements are eligible to participate in the Solimar Technical Analysis and Review (STAR) program at no charge. Performed by professional Solimar product specialists via telephone and/or Webcast, the STAR program offers organizations an opportunity to receive a personalized annual site configuration review designed to help optimize business processes and improve workflows.

- Recommendations for enhancing efficiency and productivity
Configuration reviews may be scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time, and include a comprehensive review of the customer's existing Solimar configuration(s). During the course of the configuration review, recommendations will be offered for fine tuning and/or improving the system's efficiency, including the implementation of underutilized features and capabilities. The configuration review also explores any unrealized system benefits that may lead to improved system performance and continued cost savings.
Participation in the STAR program also ensures that the correct contacts are identified for receiving communications regarding new products, software release announcements, special events, and other important news items.
