Current Positions

Technical Support

Successful candidates will assist clients with software installation and configuration. Best applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems and excellent verbal and business writing skills. Thorough knowledge and experience with of Microsoft® Windows® XP/2003 Server, SQL, IIS, Web servers, B2B and B2C environments and network communication protocols are preferred. Foreign language skills a plus. Salary ranges with experience.

Technical Sales Analysts

Technical Sales Analysts will be responsible for consulting and designing workflow configurations for clients and resellers. Additional responsibilities can include web meetings, onsite presentations, and participation in tradeshows. Successful candidates will possess either a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business with an emphasis in Information Technology. Positions require excellent customer service skills and extreme attention to details. Experience with network communication protocols and MS Outlook are pluses. Foreign language skills a plus. Salary ranges with experience.
