SAN DIEGO, CA – Solimar Systems, Inc., a leading provider of document delivery solutions for production printing, viewing, and archiving environments, today announced the addition of several new members to its management team, including the appointment of Todd Sprague as Chief Operating Officer.
Sprague’s experience includes strategic planning, global human resources, contract negotiations, project management, and client service. For the last 20 years, he has filled important roles at Helmerich & Payne, Inc. (NYSE:HP), a Tulsa-based corporation specializing in oil and gas exploration and drilling contracting. Most recently, Sprague served as the Director of Human Resources for the 3,600-employee organization, reporting to the CEO.
Sprague has also been active in the community as a member of numerous non-profit organizations, including his current roles on the board of directors of the MTCC-Health Care Task Force, SouthWest Benefits Association, Tulsa Business Health Group, and the Northeast Oklahoma Healthcare Coalition. Other community involvement has included work with the Community Service Council, Tulsa Zoo, Girl Scouts, and Tulsa Tennis Club.
Sprague holds a Master of Management degree from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Tulsa.
In addition, Solimar recently named Greg Nutter as Vice President of Worldwide Sales, and Dane Becker as Director of Marketing.
With more than 20 years experience in the computing industry, Nutter has spent the past 15 years specializing in electronic document creation, management, archiving, and printing systems. His experience includes a variety of sales, marketing, management, and consulting positions.
Prior to joining Solimar, Nutter held senior management positions with INSCI Corporation as Vice President Business Development, Document Sciences Corporation as Worldwide Director of Channel Operations, and Xerox Canada as General Manager Major Accounts and National Printing Systems Marketing Manager. Nutter has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
Becker’s background includes over 20 years of experience in the enterprise computing industry, most recently serving as Director of Marketing and Strategic Business Development for Acucorp, Inc. Prior to joining Acucorp, he held a variety of sales and marketing positions with Document Sciences Corporation, a leading provider of content automation solutions. His background also includes product marketing and data center management experience. Becker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands.
