Adds Support for Imaging Workflows

The SOLsearcher™ product suite is comprised of SOLsearcher™ Enterprise and SOLsearcher™ Single Platform (SP), two powerful and highly secure electronic document distribution solutions that enable organizations to effectively index, store, search and retrieve large collections of transactional documents. The new SOLsearcher enhancements expand the product suite's robust indexing capabilities to also include support for scanned documents.

The new document imaging workflow capabilities complement SOLsearcher's existing support for transactional document workflows by streamlining paper-based business processes and eliminating many of the labor-intensive aspects of imaging environments. The enhanced SOLsearcher features include the ability to ingest external index information and automatically parse file names to create searchable indexes, enabling organizations to extend the security and access of critical business documents and reports via an intranet or secure portal.
